I know that the EPA changed some of the rules for how manufacturers have to calculate the ratings. A number of '17s are seeing lower ratings, so this maybe just a testing change, not necessarily a real world change.
As always these numbers should be used as a point of reference, real world numbers always tell us what's more relevant and realistic to what we will be doing. I rather wait for those and then set my expectations.
