I have a 2017 iA. I got the nav card from Amazon (in Toyota packaging) about a year ago. It has worked fine until a week ago, and now won't load. It says "Navigation Loading" for about 5 seconds and then goes to a map (not where I'm at) for 5 seconds and then repeats over and over. A week ago after doing the above for a few cycles it would load and start working. Now it doesn't at all. I took the card out and cleaned the contacts with alcohol. No difference. Any thoughts would be appreciated. There are few iA's here and the dealer knows little about them.

Another forum suggested I update. The Toyota site says the latest is Sep 2017, but when I started to update "Dec 2018" briefly appeared and it fixed the problem. I had the dealer replace the console control knobs due to very sharp edges (never deburred) and that turned out to be a major hassle. That's when it probably got corrupted. Stock system, with nav, suits me.

Android auto is just an extra. You can use waze Pandora everything through the touching the headunit and have Google assistance pretty good stuff
