I live in Chicago. Recently I took my 2017 iA to Milwaukee, about 90 miles away. When I tried to enter the destination address into the navigation system, it wouldn't accept it. I discovered that it would only allow addresses in Illinois! The only zip codes it would accept were those in the same state. I ended up having to use my phone to navigate.
Did I miss something when I did the initial activation of the SD card? I bought the card aftermarket through Amazon and installed it myself. I put it into my computer to activate it and download the current maps. But I never expected that it would restrict me only to Illinois. This is a problem, because I'm getting ready to do a trip to Ohio in a couple of weeks and I was hoping to use the built-in nav system instead of Google Maps or the Maps app in the iPhone.
Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
