Hi, I need help...
I have a scion ia 2016 and when I start the car the infotainment screen stays in an infinite loop that does not start just lets me increase and decrease volume and see the recoil camera but does not start ...
Someone already happened and if they can help me request it?

Try a hard reset, remove negative terminal of car battery. Try to start the car to drain the power completely.. reinsert the negative terminal of car battery and start the car..

Easier way to reset the infotainment system is hold down the Nav button push down the volume button and the back button hold down until unit shuts off it should force it to reset.
