Hey guys, first time posting on the forum unfortunately, it's bad news. I was working deliveries tonight and I backed into one of those little poles that block cars from entering. I wasn't paying attention and I paid for it. The bottom left corner of my rear bumper got smashed in and there's a bit of a crack as well. I'm wondering if anyone knows how much it'll cost to fix it and should I bring it in to Toyota? Thanks.

I had my IA damaged on the roof and I took it to the Subaru dealership owned by the Toyota store where I got mine. They were also on the list of recommended collision centers from my insurance company. I was overall happy with their work, although some of the parts were hard to come by.

Ouch! I saw your post a while back and cringed when I saw those photos. I'm glad you got your roof fixed though. Did you ever find out what caused the dent?

Nope. I asked both the hotel where I work and the convention center behind me if they had cameras, and where it was parked there were none. I kind of think someone was drunk at a convention and thought it would be funny to jump on something. They are wrong

Try and push it out from the inside first then all you need it is a scratch and dent repair place. Just get the factory paint for them

I don't know if it can be seen from my photo but at the crack, the dent sort of slips behind a little bar that you can't see from the angle of the picture. I'll try to take a better picture tomorrow morning.
