carscoops.com has posted up a few pictures of what we can expect to see at the SEMA show in terms of custom concept designs for both the Scion iA and the Scion iM.

Since this is the an iA forum I'll stick which just the iA designs.

Which one are you excited to see? Are your mod juices flowing from looking at them?
I like the custom paint on the red one.

The graphic that follows the grille and then goes down the side is really nice.

The other one is pretty ugly in my opinion.

When I see the steering wheel on the yellow one, it reminds me of Nightirder, and that isn't a good thing.

Holy crap! Those headlights and that grille! I need it for next Halloween!
Don't really care much for the sound of having it move but those lights.

I read that Scino paid the designers of each vehicle $15,000 to do each model. And that is excluding the vehicle itself and all costs associated with modifying it.

I'd be happy to do a model for next year's SEMA.

That's pretty good pay for doing something you love. So the teams got carte blanc for the mods?
If they did, I probably won't be able to afford those custom lights....

Well, I don't think that it is a carte blanc cheque. I'm sure they gave them a budget, or at least had them propose what they'd like to do with a budget, and then submit that to Scion for approval.

Did Skybound Entertainment mention where they got the lights from? Want to take a look and see if I can justify the cost of them.
