Unless there are plans for something cool to run in the Summer since typically in that case your spending more due to the size and type of wheels people typically buy...being bigger, aggressive... with tires to complement that. Smaller is always cheaper and in winter getting away with that is EASY

tried searching for information on that wheel and tire package but can't find anything. To me it looks like those wheels are from Enkei, although I could be wrong. What's more important though is the size of those wheels and the ride height. Once you get that right, a lot of wheels can look good.
