Bro try to remove the negative battery poll and press the break for 10 sec and try to start the engine and see if the problem still.

Hello, have a 2016 Scion iA 150k miles with an interesting problem. Will crank and runs but only for about 8 - 10 seconds. Owner states was driving down the road then shuttered then shut down. No trouble codes.
